Felecia D. Barron is a social entrepreneur and founder of Purposeful Parenting LLC & Felecia Barron, LLC. Ms. Barron is a Graduate of Indiana University, certified community health worker, certified children's mental health wraparound provider, certified life coach & certified business coach. Ms. Barron has served families and other small business owners since 2005 in multiple capacities. She has worked in child welfare, mental health, education and the juvenile justice system.

She passionately states “I flip families like people flip houses”, to describe the outcome of services she provides. For the past 15 years Ms. Barron has worked with families by helping adults and children identify their needs and working alongside them as they reach their goals. In addition to serving special populations, Ms. Barron empowers social service workers to go into business for themselves. She provides coaching that teaches them how to get properly compensated for the valuable contribution they are making to our society. During her career she has applied strategic thinking, trauma informed, evidence based practices to help families who need assistance getting life on track.
